Teaching style
I try to make my teaching style as hands-on as possible, but my first priority is always to make learning FUN! Sometimes I do notes, sometimes I do projects, sometimes we go outside! I like to mix it up, but my main goal is for my students to learn something in a fun and engaging way!
Awards & shining teacher moments
In spring of 2024, during my 3rd year teaching, I was recognized as an Outstanding High School Teacher by the Coalition for Rural and Appalachian Schools, an award I was nominated for by my building principal.
My own education history
I graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2021 with my Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture, Major: Agriscience Education. My minor was in production agriculture.
