Teaching style
I try to individualize my teaching as much as possible to meet the needs of my students. Differentiation inside the classroom is key, and I try to use up-to-date strategies to implement this in my classroom.
I also try to make my class fun! While it's not a teachers' job to tap dance in front of the class, it is important to make it a pleasant experience so that the students are more engaged in the learning experience
