The first page is a brief description of the teacher referral (check-box style), and parent permission or refusal (to be returned to school). Challenge students to earn a Dollar Challenge dollar by completing 100 of their goal behaviors. This could be 100 correct speech sounds in 1 session for an artic student, 100 correct wh-question answers in a month for a language student, etc. When they earn the Dollar Challenge Dollar, have them sign their name on a printed dollar and add it to your Dollar Challenge bulletin board. Packet includes: counter graph up to 100, artic graph up to 10 trials, and parent note home saying they earned it!
