I made math quizzes to assess mastery of the first grade math common core standards taught the first semester. I also made a practice sheet and homework sheet in the identical format as the quiz. The practice sheet introduces first graders to the format of the quiz and the homework sheet helps involve the parents in the standard mastery process. At my school students need to get 80% right on each part of the quiz or they are given remedial instruction right away until hopefully they master
