I created these name tags to be printed on Avery 8163 shipping labels (2" x 4", ten per page). My students generally wear them on the first day of class and then stick them on their folders for the rest of the year. My school allows students to put stickers on their school-supplied Chromebooks, so that's where many of these end up.
