I put emphasis on collaborative learning done in small groups of 4-5 students. This allows for self-regulated learning as well as communication between peers. The classroom must be one that is inclusive and safe for all students to share their ideas and opinions with the rest of the class.
I am someone who acts as a facilitator, teaching students through inquiry-based projects and guided instruction. I find students learn best through problem-based learning with multiple entry points for learner's of all abilities.
