It is easy to differentiate your instruction as some students can be working on sums of four while others are working on eights or twelves. My students love this hands on game. It is exciting for young children to create their own equations. Enjoy!

Students color and frame on red or green paper and then take home with a little baggie of cotton-balls. Each night until Christmas they glue a cotton-ball on his beard. An addition math game. A great way to differentiate your math instruction! Students practice their math facts using two sided colored tokens. Students shake a given number of tokens with sums of 4 to 12. They simply count each colored token, color in the circles and write an equation. My students love playing this hands-on game. They are always up for the challenge of adding one more token to their cup! Enjoy!
