My approach is rooted in personalized learning—adapting instruction to meet each student’s unique strengths, needs, and interests. I incorporate competency-based learning, allowing students to progress at their own pace and demonstrate mastery in ways that make sense for them.
I also prioritize student voice and choice, giving learners opportunities to take ownership of their education through flexible assignments, self-reflection, and real-world connections. My goal is to foster a classroom culture where students feel valued, capable, and motivated to grow—academically and personally.
