About the store

Experience

I am a special education educator and former behavior consultant with over a decade of experience supporting students with diverse learning, behavioral, and emotional needs. My work has focused on creating structured, supportive environments where students feel safe, understood, and capable of growth. I have supported students across general education, special education, and alternative settings, and I bring both classroom and systems-level experience into every resource I create.

Teaching style

My teaching style is relationship-driven, trauma-informed, and practical. I believe students learn best when adults lead with calm, clarity, and connection. I use predictable routines, visual supports, and language that reduces stress and cognitive load. My resources are designed to borrow my voice — modeling how to introduce, scaffold, and support learning — while still giving teachers the flexibility to adapt materials to their own classroom and students.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my proudest moments as an educator are not awards, but the quiet wins: a student who learns to regulate before escalating, a teacher who feels more confident supporting challenging behaviors, or a classroom that feels calmer and more connected. I have also presented at professional development conferences on topics including autism, trauma-informed practices, and behavior support, sharing strategies that are grounded in real classroom experience.

My own education history

I hold a background in education and leadership with specialized training in special education, behavior support, and social-emotional learning. My professional learning has been shaped by both formal education and years of hands-on work with students, families, and school teams. I am committed to ongoing learning and regularly refine my practices based on current research and classroom realities.

Additional biographical information

I create resources for educators who want support without overwhelm. I know how limited time is in schools, and my goal is to provide tools that are ready to use, easy to adapt, and grounded in what actually works with real students. Whether you are supporting regulation, engagement, or classroom routines, my resources are designed to help you feel more confident — and help your students feel more supported.
