About the store

Experience

I’ve been teaching for over 20 years in a variety of classroom settings, including general education, special education, and youth-in-care programs. My experience has given me a unique perspective on how to reach students of all learning styles and backgrounds.

Teaching style

My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and practical. I believe in creating resources that make learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful. Whether it’s through hands-on practice, visuals, or scaffolded supports, my goal is always to help students build confidence while mastering new skills.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I’ve had the privilege of being recognized by my school and district for my commitment to student success and innovative teaching, including receiving the Golden Apple Award from the PTA. Some of my proudest moments come from seeing students who once struggled become excited, independent learners.

My own education history

I hold a teaching license with endorsements in ESL and Gifted & Talented education. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Art and have completed two master’s degrees—one in Graphic Design and another in Educational Technology. I am currently pursuing a new master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. My education has always focused on understanding how kids learn best and how to design tools that help every child succeed.

Additional biographical information

I come from a family of teachers, so education is part of who I am. When I’m not teaching or creating resources, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, working on creative projects, or enjoying the outdoors.
