Teaching style
I feel strongly that a teacher needs to meet the learning needs of all the students in their classroom by teaching to all learning styles and differentiating materials to allow all students a chance to be successful.
I also believe in constructivist approach and allowing students to take charge of their own learning through student-led activities.
