This grading rubric includes three categories and the percentage for each one. It also includes how they are graded, based on 5 daily points. I handed this out to all of my students this year so they have a clear expectations for how I am grading them.
This lesson plan covers the basics of throwing and catching a football. The activities can be used for elementary, middle or high school. The activities are fun and essential for beginners.
This chart is posted in my gym and it is a great reference for students and myself! I have the students pick which exercise they would like to do from the chart. A couple of good ideas would be blowing up the chart and laminating it to make it look more presentable.

This rubric is great for any tumbling unit. Students are able to write down their skill/category on the sheet and when they are ready to perform they hand it in to the teacher. The teacher can follow the routine and check off either a 1, 2 or 3 for each skill. The rubric also explains how to earn a 3, 2 or 1 and it contains the requirements for the routine.
This is an awesome sheet for team crossfit! It is perfect for organizing a crossfit lesson or you can use it as a warm-up. It has different rounds, a place for students to put their names, and it contains different sets for each round! I use it as a warm-up and decrease the time to 5 minutes instead of 8 minutes.
This self-assessments is designed for basketball, but it can also be used for any other unit. It is a good formative assessment for students to self-evaluate their own efforts/work.
This lesson plan can be used on either day 2 or 3 for flag football. It includes a football warm-up and state standards. Also includes fun football plays students can practice!
