As a certified New York State PE teacher with a Master's in Health Education, I've had the privilege of working in education for 14 years. With 9 years as a physical educator and most recently stepping into the role of Dean of Students, I’m deeply passionate about my work and the positive impact education can have on both students and educators alike. ABC Fitness
Use the alphabet to spell the topic and complete the exercises for each letter used. This was created on google slides. I used it as a fitness assignment for my virtual and hybrid students. It could also be used right in class for a fitness warm-up activity. Topics include first name, favorite color, birthday month, favorite food, favorite subject, favorite season and favorite animal. Each topic has a separate slide with a different color theme.
