About the store
Pinnacle Performance Learning Group (PPLG), LLC. is devoted to school reform and continuous school improvement. PPLG calls itself the Educator Effectiveness Ambassador because it strongly believes in the value of job-embedded professional development held on-site and led by school personnel. If you need support with your PPLG product, contact PPLG to inquire about our services. PPLG’s founder is the visionary behind its products and services. Our founder is respected for helping struggling schools make significant achievement gains, improve school programs, and enhance leader and teacher effectiveness to improve the total school program. She has served in various capacities at the state and local levels, including DOE Education Program Specialist, DOE Teacher and Leader Evaluation Specialist, district Director of Curriculum and Instruction, district School Improvement Specialist, and district Data Administrator. In addition to being a college writing adjunct professor, she succeeded in numerous roles at the building level: Curriculum Administrator, Instructional Coach, Test Coordinator, Department Chair, Assistant Athletics Director, RTI Coordinator, After-School Program Coordinator, and High School English Literature and Composition teacher (grades 9-12, remedial, honors, AP, and Gifted).
