Students will learn how to solve systems of equations by graphing, substitution, and elimination using this guided notes and homework packet. Packet comes with 2 pages of guided notes, 2 pages of homework problems, and a page of extra practice problems for reinforcement. To buy this packet as well as a pi day and spring coloring activity worksheet see this bundle. Solving Systems of Equations Bundle by piproducts | TPT
This transformation review packet includes transformations of six types of parent functions including: lines, quadratic, cubic, square root and cube root functions. Students will graph transformations from an equation, write the equation for a transformation based on a description of the transformation and describe in words how a function has been transformed based on the equation.
This download contains 4 pages of slope problems using ordered pairs, graphs, equations and tables. Each page contains 2 sets of problems. Students will work with a partner. Each partner will complete one column of problems. If done correctly, the partners will receive the same answers even though their problems are different. These pages can be used together as a packet or as individual pages for a quick check-in or exit ticket.
Don't just give your students the slope-intercept formula. Have them discover where it comes from with these scaffolded notes and homework worksheets. Students will use the point slope formula to derive the slope-intercept formula and then use the formula to solve problems both graphically and algebraically.
This fun Thanksgiving worksheet is a good review of solving and graphing inequalities. Students will solve each problem, graph the solution, and the cut and paste the correct Thanksgiving picture in the provided box or write the solution in the box.
This enrichment worksheet is the perfect addition to your lesson on teaching how to graph horizontal and vertical lines. It is especially useful for honors students or students who like a challenge. Students graph vertical and horizontal lines from the equation while applying restrictions to the graph. This worksheet also includes two diagonal lines and graphing a point on a coordinate plane. When done correctly the graph spells words. There are additional pages where students can write their ow
