After you finish each unit/subject, simply add the students overall grade to this assessment tracker. This is a great tool to keep track of student progress (over the span of the school year) and would be helpful to reference when communicating with parents and students about subject area strengths and next steps. It also allows you to identify which subjects need to be assessed and finalized before writing the reports.
