This product allows students to review or learn about weather fronts. Each card has a question about weather fronts. After students discuss the question they are able to scan a QR code which is connected to Educreations presentations that explain that front. The questions cover symbols, weather that comes along with different fronts, and more. Depending what type of device you are using to scan the QR codes you may have to have the Educreations app downloaded.
This is a great organizer for poetry. It allows students to break down poetry step by step. Have students analyze the title, make predictions, paraphrase stanzas, examine the poem for meaning, look for attitude and tone, note any shifts or changes, and find the theme all in one sheet. This organizer can be paired with any poem and can help students prepare for end of grade testing.
This is a great activity to help students learn or review the skeletal system's vocabulary terms. Each card has either the definition or the term along with a QR code which will direct students to the correct answer. There are 11 terms in all.
Using QR codes students will explore the different parts of the water cycle. Students will also get to see different forms of technology including Prezi, Educreations, Google Slides, and more. Students are asked to create a presentation once they have completed the exploration. For high achieving students you will find a Moonshot about California's Drought. Students will have to expand on what they find.
These questions tie into the "What Are You Made Of?" article which can be found on Discovery Education. The article's focus is multicellular organisms. This is a great way to tie in a little language arts with science!
