Planning Time Payback

This is a get to know you sheet for students to fill in. This is an excellent first day activity for students and something that can be kept in a substitute binder. It is important to understand a student from their perspective. The "Getting to Know YOU!" activity shows students that you respect their perspectives, pronouns and learning styles.

This is a reflection form teachers can give students after having a discussion with them privately. Although we don't like it, teachers sometimes need to have a chat with students privately away from their peers. This could be due to any number of things. While it is important for teachers to maintain anecdotal notes regarding these chats, this form allows teachers to collect the students perspective and keep it on file should they need it.
