I love having meaningful posters in my classroom. I created this downloadable poster for my yearbook class. They learn vocabulary associated with the yearbook and this poster/handout works great for helping them study and referencing throughout the year.

I like to use this poster with novels and short stories. The students have assigned colors to code their close reading and help them as they analyze their text. I printed this poster and hung it in my classroom as well as printed a copy for each student to have in their binders.
