I’m an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children and adults with a wide range of developmental and sensory needs. My own education history

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and Intellectual Disability Nurse, and I also hold a TEFL certification. My professional background blends healthcare and education, helping me create resources that are both evidence-based and easy to use.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about promoting independence, sensory regulation, and confidence through everyday experiences. Many of my resources are inspired by real challenges families face, such as nail cutting or daily living skills, and are created to offer practical solutions.
