I have been a preschool teacher for 10 years and a homeschool parent for 2 years. I have worked with special needs children and with behavior problems as well. I'm also a foster/adopt parent.

I believe young children learn through play and experimentation. Children are born exploring their world through experience and I believe this continues throughout their early years of school and even to some degree the rest of their lives. I love hands on teaching. I love to teach my children through real life hands on experience. I believe children learn better if they can experience first had. If that can interact with what they are learning they will retain more of what they learn

I have a CDA certificate for preschool children and currently working on my AA in Early Childhood Education. I also have a license as a homeschool parent. I also have a foster parent license.

I graduated high school. After years of trying I decided to finally take the plunge and went back to school (college) to get my degree in Early Childhood education.

I'm a father of 3 children, my wife and I homeschool our children. We enjoy camping, taking walks or hikes even if it is just around the family farm.
