This is something I use for students to reflect on their work after their post assessment. It really gets students thinking about where they are at academically and what they still need to work on. In the boxes I have students write their scores. We use 4, 3, 2, 1 based on a rubric but any grading scale would work. This is an easy to manage goal system I use with my students. The template is editable to change the students name and the subject area. Two student sheets are included per page. I laminate them and use them all year long. To add student goals, simply print on sticky notes or on printer paper and cut out. I insert them into adhesive pockets so they can be easily changed. This system helps students always have their goal in mind since they can easily be carried around or added into a folder. S
