Literacy Station/Center Weekly Checklist
This checklist is designed for a twelve station rotation. The students do three stations a day over four days (Mon.-Thurs.). Friday is used as a make up day. The stations on this checklist include:
*Computer
*Poetry
*Word Work
*SMART Board

*Pocket Chart
*Fluency

*Vocabulary
*Social Studies
*Writing
Guided Reading is not included in this checklist. The students are pulled from their literacy centers for guided reading. When the student completes an activity or cent

Teaching style
I like to have fun in my teaching and like for there to be cooperative learning. The students need bubbly and energetic. They will get bored if they sit all day long and listen to you lecture. This is the first year that our school is a Kagan school. We love Kagan and all of the activities that go along with them!
