Around-the-Room's increase student engagement! Get your students up and walking around, working collaboratively, and self-checking for accuracy. I usually use this activity to primarily practice writing systems of 3-variable equations and have them use technology to solve. You could have them solve their systems by hand (elimination, substitution, Gaussian), but keep in mind the time frame will be longer!
