About the store

I spent 5 years teaching PreK and am now teaching 3rd Grade. Although I have worked with elementary aged students through many of my past careers. I worked with all aged children for 7 years through a local Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) chapter. I also managed an elementary after school program for 3 years.

Here is a poem you can personalize for your students! Make it sound as if you wrote it jut for them!!! Just enter each student's name into the line of the poem that best fits! You can enter one or multiple student names in each line! The poem can accomodate 12+ student names! Teaching style

I am a 150%-er! I always look for new and innovative teaching strategies! I am gimmicky and have no problem making a fool of myself if it keeps the kids engaged and helps them retain what they are learning! I prefer bright colors and I like to give book characters their own voice and facial expressions when I read! I strive to love my students as if they are my own. And I work hard to partner with parents at whatever level they need.

My own education history

My Bachelor's is actually in Sociology-Criminology. I went back and completed 48 education hours and got my certificate in Early Childhood and have since then completed my dual certification for Elementary Education.
