About the store
Hi, I'm Tyler, and thanks for visiting my store! I'm a high school teacher with extensive experience having taught Economics & Personal Finance, U.S. History, Government and Algebra. Prior to teaching, I worked in a corporate role where I was putting decks together regularly for a variety of different audiences. I try to approach teaching the same way I would any other job in that any material I create, I would be comfortable with anyone seeing it, whether it be the CEO or the school principal. I take a lot of pride in producing high quality teaching material because if I were a student, that's what I'd want to look at in class, and if I were buying from another teacher, that's what I'd want to be buying. Please always feel free to message me with any comments or questions about my material, and I always appreciate reviews!

Teaching style

I use a variety of different teaching methods, but you will find a lot of slide decks in my store because that's how I'm most comfortable introducing a new concept. I try to incorporate games and activities whenever possible, and you will see some of those throughout my store, whether it be Timeline, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Name that President, etc. I also try my best to come up with analogies for difficult topics, which is why you'll see things in my store such as Burgernomics, Monetary Policy Football, Organ Failure vs Banking Crisis, etc. I'm always trying to come up with new games and activities for my classes, so I'm constantly adding new material to my store!
