Hello!
My name is Alli, and I have been working with individuals with special needs for the past eight years. After earning my bachelor's degree in special education, I began my career as a self-contained teacher specializing in Autism and Behavior Disorders. Early on, I recognized the need for more effective materials and resources to better support my students. This led me to create my Teachers Pay Teachers store, where I began sharing the materials I developed for my classroom.
As my career has evolved, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students of varying ages and abilities across different educational settings. Today, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on supporting children in home and community environments. I use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) everyday in my work, and am passionate about making high-quality, accessible materials that can help other professionals in their own practice.

Teaching style
Working as a BCBA, I have been dedicated to gaining knowledge and experience on implementing practices in a nueroraffirming way. With a passion for early intervention, I focus on building relationships, making connections and prioritize the therapeutic aspect of ABA therapy. I primarily utilize natural environment teaching in the child's natural setting, following the child's lead, with a focus on play, social interaction and foundational skills. For more structured settings, I implement aspects of applied behavior analysis that focus on teaching how the child learns best, using positive reinforcement and building intrinsic motivation.
