About the store
Thanks for stopping by! If you're an educator looking for a solution to all the special education paperwork piles (SO much paper!), hands-on resources that will help support student independence, and lesson plans designed for your small groups - you're in the right spot! My name is Jennifer and I taught Special Education (inclusion) in Baltimore City. My teaching day included providing whole group support in the 1st grade classrooms, parallel-teaching with general educators, teaching small-group reading interventions, and more...every hour of my teaching day looked different and I LOVED it! In addition to special education, I was a Teacher Development Leader at my school and mentor with Teach for America. Most recently, I have been working as a special education instructional coach, a position that has helped me learn and grow as an educator and mentor. Let's connect! Teaching style

I truly believe ALL children can learn. My approach is simple...I will do whatever it takes for my students to succeed in the least restrictive environment. What does this look like? Incorporating multiple modalities, hands-on learning, positive reinforcement of skills...whatever my students need. This seems to change from year to year which keeps me on my toes! As a special educator, I'm also always using data to inform my instruction. My products are organized for the most simple data-taking possible so I can stay focused on what's important - my students!
