This project is to assess student knowledge of Animal adaptations. The students will see that project requirements and the rubric. Student have a choice of presentation ( you can edit if needed) This is meant to meet 4th Grade NGSS.

This project give the student the choice of type of energy and how to present the project. The students are given a list of energies to choose from. They can create a poster, power point, model, or give a presentation. There is a written portion a section for research. Matches 4th Grade NGSS.

This project was inspired by my students being so intrigued by learning about how a Gecko inspired a new type of tape. My students thought it was amazing that scientist and engineers study animal structures to create something or an item that people can use. They need to pick and animal structure then research the structure: Example = studying a birds wings to mimic for a plane's wings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-KLJwBd1JA

Students will pick four items for family and friend to choose from. They will keep track on a tally sheet then create a pictograph. Rubric included.

Students create a digital poetry book. They will create five poems and find five poems written by others. Rubric included.

This form is to be filled out by the student. Then the teacher can set up conference time with each student to discuss the grade he/she gave him/herself. They will come up with goals together.

This quiz covers 4th Grade NGSS Energy and Light.

Simple easy book report.

This review gives the students pictures of clocks to draw the time and match the time.

This a behavior reflection for a student to use in a journal. They can reflect about each day.
