Potential Zone Tools

I bring over 4 years of tutoring and teaching experience, working with students in both traditional and homeschool settings. Through my work at Potential Zone, I specialize in designing custom education plans that blend academic support, developmental strategies, and creativity for students of all abilities.

I believe that learning should be joyful and meaningful. My style is rooted in Montessori methods, hands-on activities, and learning through play. Every resource is designed to give students the chance to explore, decode, and create, while building confidence in their abilities.

One of my proudest moments as an educator has been watching struggling readers discover they can read with confidence after using decodable stories and hands-on supports. My true “award” is seeing students light up when they realize they are smart, capable, and successful learners.

I hold advanced degrees in education, including an Ed.S. and M.Ed., and have studied specialized methods in literacy, special education, and child development. My background has given me the tools to create resources that are not only fun but also aligned with research-based practices for struggling learners.

I’m the founder of Potential Zone, an educational consulting service and nonprofit dedicated to helping students—especially those with special needs—reach their truest potential. Alongside my team, I develop academic and behavioral supports, homeschool resources, and classroom tools that make a real difference for children and families. When I’m not teaching or creating resources, I love exploring new ways to combine creativity with education—whether through storytelling, art-based activities, or hands-on projects. My heart is in helping children feel seen, supported, and successful.
