I have been an educator for over 15 years and have worked with all grades between Pre-K-8. I have a passion for working with English language learners. I have taught English language leaners most of my career. At his phase in my career I am focused on training other educators on the significance of using the culture of their students. I conduct teacher training on using the culture of the students to create standards based lessons. I also conduct trainings for school leaders on using the culture of the students to improve the school climate.
