Teaching style

My teaching style emphasizes active learning, collaboration, and purposeful competition. I believe students learn best when they are engaged, challenged, and enjoying the process. I design activities that encourage teamwork, strategic thinking, and accountability while keeping academic goals at the center. Games are used as a tool to reinforce learning, not distract from it.

Awards & shining teacher moments

One of my biggest teaching successes has been seeing increased participation and enthusiasm from students who are typically reluctant to engage in traditional review activities.
