Preview of AVID aligned organizational rubrics

AVID aligned organizational rubrics

Checklist style rubrics for checking two and three column notes, binders & desks. There are two versions of each rubric, one for a teacher to use to assess and one for a peer to use to assess.

Early finisher bins (labels only)

These can be used to label bins containing early finisher activities. I used them to provide extra spelling or word work practice. My lists were color coded and based off of the Words Their Way lists. Students can grab an activity that goes along with the word work they are studying. This is a great way to keep kiddos busy with word work, especially if you include games! Two versions included!

Prefix booklets

These can printed and laminated for students to use while working with prefixes. Each can be combined to make a prefix booklet. (Print front and back and flip on the short side)

"Daily Dirt" partner teacher communication tool

This is a great communication tool if you are a coteacher or have a partner teacher. I used this with my partner teacher as a quick way to pass along information between "blocks". Could also be used to keep all of the events of the day on one piece of paper to be dealt with later!

Preview of Spelling Inventory Recording Sheet

Spelling Inventory Recording Sheet

Intended to be used with the Words Their Way Spelling Inventory, but could be used with other programs as well. Two different versions are included - one for two assessment periods in the year, and one for three assessment periods. I have found that I like to check in with some of my struggling spellers halfway through the year to reassess and see how they are doing.
Preview of Weekly Grading Sheets

Weekly Grading Sheets

These are great for recording weekly grades. I love that I can look at one page and it shows me if anyone has any work missing. I use the subject checklist in the upper left box to color code by subject. Then I record my grades in each specific color so I can tell with a quick glance which assignment is for which subject. I only teach half of the subjects, but I have included a version with a checklist for all of the subjects as well.

Color Coded Notes Printable Guide

For anyone who takes note with their students, I have created a simple guide to be hung (or posted) to help students color code their notes. Notes are coded according to keywords, important people, and important events.

Running Records Recording sheet

A running records tracker for three different assessment periods throughout the year. It also includes a column for the EOY level from the previous year to show year long growth.
Preview of Quick Daily Report

Quick Daily Report

These short recording sheets are a great way to record and share information on students. They are a great way for teachers who team teach to keep each other informed on whats going on with students.
