I use this sheet in my classroom to help my students reflect after they have misbehaved. I have the students reflect on the incident. Afterwards we talk about the problem and why they should not behave in that manner. At the very end you will notice it asks for the parent/guardian signature which serves as a way to inform the parents of the misbehavior.

This word problem graphic organizer helps students chunk a word problem to ensure they can solve the problem.

I used this template as final project after studying expository texts. I taught them about every part that makes up an expository text and the the students created their own expository text after doing research on a specific topic. It was great fun!

This is a guide I give to students for them to do a Book Talk about Main Characters after they do Read to Self, or Independent Reading. They use the See-Saw (iPad app) to either draw a picture or take a picture of the book they were reading.
