Use this packet to review an emotion each month or week, depending on how you are including this in your sessions. Laminate each emotion and attach the emotion pictures with velcro. Use dry-erase markers to fill in the statements. The statements target self-soothing strategies, and associate the appropriate action with an emotion. Use as a monthly activity or hole punch and use binder rings for a session activity.
