About the store
Hi, I’m Meesh and I'm a neuroscientist, mom of 5 kids, musician, certified middle school teacher, interior designer, actor, and I love learning! I’m so excited to introduce to you my Practice Pax system. Here’s a little about me and how Practice Pax got started. - I’ve been fascinated by how people learn since I was a child. - I’m a mom of 5 and I have been actively engaged in teaching them how to practice a variety of domains for over 12 years. - I have a master’s degree in neuroscience with an emphasis on learning and memory. - To be completely honest, if a system like Practice Pax were already on the market, I would’ve subscribed to it years ago and wouldn’t be doing this. Practice Pax was born, first, for entirely selfish reasons for my children, and second, because I know all of you parents and teachers out there are working way too hard to find something that sticks. Sharing is caring! You’re welcome. *Practice Pax helps families answer these questions* - What are the best ways for children to learn? - How can I get my child to focus during a practice? - Why do practices sometimes turn into fights? - How can my child make true progress and become an independent life-long learner? *Practice Pax provides these solutions* - A system of weekly activity kits to keep kids engaged - A progress booklet to break up the learning and stay accountable - A brain-based educational tool to use during your practices - A monthly research-based action item that teaches parents and kids the same principle - Weekly rewards to instill confidence and desire to move forward.
