Experience

I’ve been teaching 4th grade since graduating from Arizona State University in 2013. I’m passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom and take pride in leading both students and colleagues. I strive to empower students to take ownership of their learning while collaborating with my team to develop creative, effective strategies.

Teaching style

My teaching style focuses on making learning fun and engaging through gamified lessons and collaboration. I believe students learn best when actively involved, so I create opportunities for teamwork on projects and challenges. This approach motivates students to take risks, problem-solve, and support one another while building key skills like communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.
