A simple and easy to follow data sheet to track multiple IEP goals for one student over multiple dates.

A weekly schedule to share with you parents that includes a section for what this week will cover. You may also hyperlink texts to your Google Classroom, Zoom, etc. Daily schedule is also easy to manipulate. Schedule is for a four hour instructional day through distance learning. Activities include: morning circle, movement breaks, activity time, individual sessions, consultation time with teacher, lunch break, free-play, and outside time!

Similar to the daily schedule formatting, this weekly lesson plan provides space for a more in-depth look at the week's activity. You can input specific activities you will be doing that day and what foundations they might address.
