Teaching style

My teaching style is always evolving as I learn from other educators, administrators, and even students themselves. The core of my approach is that every lesson, activity, and assessment is centered around the needs of the students. I believe in empowering students to take the lead in their learning, even though I know that can be challenging at times. My lesson plans are designed to encourage student independence, allowing me to focus on providing individualized support to those who need it.

My own education history

I earned my M.A. in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of South Florida in 2020, building on a strong foundation in Political Science that I gained during my B.A. studies at USF, which I completed in 2018. This academic background has shaped my teaching philosophy and approach, allowing me to bring a well-rounded, research-driven perspective to my classroom.
