Teaching style

I am a dedicated Special Education Coordinator and veteran teacher with years of experience creating engaging, accessible lessons for all learners. My resources are content-specific for preparing students to pass the new Life Science Regents exam. They are designed for busy teachers who want materials that are clear, rigorous, and ready-to-use. Each lesson balances content knowledge with literacy skill-building, giving students the tools they need to think critically, make connections, and succeed on high-stakes exams. What makes my materials different? They are: Student-centered – designed to spark curiosity and keep even reluctant learners engaged. Time-saving – print-and-go resources that cut out the busywork and focus on what matters most. Skill-focused – every activity reinforces literacy, critical thinking, and evidence-based writing. Some of my materials are stand-alone lessons, while others may be have scaffolded or modified versions and I will always specify which so you know exactly what you’re getting. My goal is to help you spend less time planning and more time teaching.
