My name is Ricki and I am an experienced Speech Pathologist Specializing in Apraxia and Motor Speech Disorders with over four decades of experience as a Speech Pathologist. I specialize in treating Apraxia and MotorSpeech Disorders for all ages. My sessions focus on building language skills and utilizing the PROMPT Method and DTTC training, essential strategies in speech therapy. I offer over 400 products in my Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) store, where I create book companions & Interactive BOOM Cards for my favorite books.....and more! These companions pair perfectly with numerous speech goals, providing a fun and effective way to improve language skills. I test out products I make with my students I see in my speech sessions.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working with preschoolers and older children in both school settings and private practice. For 22 years, I owned a School Supply/Toy Store, offering a wide selection of products for children with speech, language, sensory, and fine motor needs.
To further support speech professionals, parents, and teachers, I launched www.preschoolspeechieplus.com. This platform provides pertinent articles, resources, and free materials/handouts for students of all ages.
