Teaching style
I have spent most of my teaching career in a split grade classroom (or combo class). Whenever possible, I have striven to create lessons that I can use with both grades.
Awards & shining teacher moments
My students' successes are my greatest awards. I love that magical moment when a child realizes that he or she can read!
My own education history
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History as well as a Bachelor of Education degree.
