Our classrooms have a lot of productive noise and activity. We have materials organized to help our students become independent workers. Our classes love to have fun, and get their work done!
Awards & shining teacher moments
I received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science teaching for New York State in 2006. I was able to travel to Washington, D.C. to accept this award and meet President George W. Bush!
My own education history
I graduated with my degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Geneseo in 1992. I received my certification in Special Education in 1994, and my Master's degree in Elementary Education in 2001.
