About the store

Experience

I have spent over 15 years working as a Senior Graphic Designer and Content Creator. My career has been dedicated to visual communication and branding, and I am now channeling that expertise into creating educational resources. I focus on making materials for Pre-K to Grade 6 that are clean, professional, and functionally sound, ensuring that the design helps—rather than distracts from—the learning process.

Teaching style

My philosophy is rooted in 'Functional Clarity.' I believe that young learners benefit most from layouts that are organized and easy to follow. I focus on creating worksheets that are visually balanced and intuitive, allowing students to focus on the content while giving teachers a reliable, high-quality resource that is ready to use immediately.

Awards & shining teacher moments

For me, the greatest achievement is the transition from commercial design to the educational community. After a long career in the corporate design world, being able to apply those same high standards to help teachers and students is incredibly fulfilling. Every time a resource helps a student engage more deeply with a lesson, I consider that a success.

My own education history

I hold a degree in Business Computer with a focus on Information Technology. This academic background, combined with years of experience in graphic and web design, allows me to approach resource creation with a technical and systematic mindset. I don’t just design worksheets; I focus on the information architecture and layout efficiency, ensuring that every digital asset is high-quality, easy to navigate, and functions perfectly for the end-user

Additional biographical information

My design aesthetic leans toward clean, minimalist, and professional layouts—principles I’ve carried over from my 15-year career as a senior designer. I am deeply committed to the 'User Experience' of learning; I constantly research the needs of students, teachers, and parents to ensure my materials are intuitive and effective in a real classroom setting. Coming from a background in intricate physical crafting, I bring a high level of precision and detail-oriented checking to my work. While I am always striving to improve my English language nuances, I pour my focus into the creative and structural quality of my products. My goal for Primary Grid is to provide unique, creative, and highly functional tools that stand out and truly serve the educational community.
