Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in meeting students where they are- using targeted, standards aligned resources. I focus heavily on number sense, foundational skills and intervention strategies that actually work- especially for students needing extra support. Some of the intervention strategies I use are small-group instruction, meaningful practice, and lots of visual and hands-on supports to ensure every child reaches their full potential. I believe learning should feel approachable, joyful, and just the right amount of challenging.
