Here is a summer learning calendar that has activities to address student needs in SEL, math, reading, and building motor skills. There is an activity every day for the summer!

This CCSS aligned reproducible is a great visual for younger students to practice fact families. It can be changed and adapted to create more practice and differentiated to fit different levels of ability.

This reading log (homework) incorporates the current reading skill/strategy or a writing skill while reinforcing the need to read every week. It is editable so you can adapt to your class or use as is. It is a great simple tool that can truly practice the skills from class while not putting too much pressure on parents if there is minimal at home support.
