This product includes flash cards for IRLA Levels 1G, 2G, 1B, 2B, 1R, 2R, and Wt that can either be printed in color or black and white. I use these as flash cards with my students to review their power words, category words, and tricky words for all of the levels listed above. This product can also be used for moveable word walls or center activities!

I created this product to give my students meaningful and independent practice for building their 1G Power Words. Each page of the booklet has pictures, that when decoded with the beginning sound, create a new power word. For example, if the pictures were of a bucket, ice, and globe the power word would be "big". If you do not call them "power words" in your class, there is a version of the booklet in this product that uses the term "sight words". All 60 power words are included in this prod

After switching from the primary classroom to a preschool setting, I noticed a need in my own classroom for a dramatic play center. This specific set was created to introduce the dramatic play center and it's expectations at the beginning of the school year with something familiar...home living.
