Super simple and easy sort for distinguishing activities done during AM or PM.

Use this behavior chart to simply indicate GREEN for all positive points or RED for at least one negative each day. Students can take responsibility for coloring GREEN or RED each day. Great and EASY way to communicate with parents. Change out monthly in a Take Home folder or binder. Log number of total points for that month at the bottom as well.

Students are held accountable after reading log homework and have to summarize or "retell" what they read that night. Useful for parents and teachers to check for understanding and effort. Great for comprehension! Use in take home/homework folders/binders each week. Easy to follow!
