Are you teaching how to write using Transition Words? This anchor chart is perfect for you. I copy these (in color) for each of my students to place into their writing folder. They can refer to them when needed during writing time.

Do your students need help or practice with Homophones? This file contains language arts notebook or journal task cards. Students can choose (or the teacher can decide) which task cards the students complete in their journal. I have included directions on how use these in my classroom. This file also contains a poster or help page for students to see exactly what their journal page or notebook page should look like for homophones.
