Have your students complete this assessment during guided reading or whole group. This will help to show you their comprehension of story elements of a "field trip" story. They will sort out the pictures to who, what, where, when, and how.

This pack includes color activities for red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, black, and white.
